SHIPPING
Currently, Windtinder only ships within the United States. Shipping costs are covered by customer unless there is a special/promotion.
WARRANTY
Windtinder Axes and Fans have a lifetime warranty against breakage. Normal wear is not covered under warranty.
RETURNS
Since all of our products are handmade in small batches, our goal is for you to love our Windtinder products. If there are reasons you wish to return something, you must email us within 5 days of receipt of product for return/exchange instructions. Sorry we cannot refund shipping. All products must be in original condition.

Q: What is the Windtinder Axe made of?
A: The Axe is a cast and heat treated D2 tool steel. The handle is Hickory. They are all created in small batches and hand hung at Windtinder.
Q: What is the Windtinder Fan made of?
A: The Fan is made from fire safe thermoplastic with a brass grommet. The Fans are all assembled at Windtinder.
